Snigdha is the CEO for Action Against Hunger India, and also serves on the International Executive Committee for the Global Action Against Hunger Network. She is focused on creating long-term, inclusive and large-scale positive impact. She has over 18 years of professional experience in the Not-for-Profit and Banking industries providing strategic, operational, fiscal, and joyful leadership in uniquely challenging situations.

She has created value in the sectoral areas of Women and Children Health and Nutrition, Women Empowerment/Livelihoods and Education. Her expertise lies in integrating gender and inclusion into programmatic work and using behavioral change as a key enabler.
