Miriam Kloepper
Researcher

Miriam is a researcher at the FZI Forschungszentrum Informatik in Karlsruhe. With a background in Technology Assessment and War Studies, her profile is very diverse. She is now interested in the social impact of digitalisation, especially in the context of (algorithm driven) work place technologies. Currently her research focuses mainly on the topic of people analytics. How can people analytics, or automated personnel management in general, improve work? And what price should we be willing to pay for it - considering the huge risk people analytics might hold for our data privacy?
