Gregor Bransky

Gregor Bransky is a freelance innovation consultant from the Aachen area, interested in the intersections of technology, policy, and society. His team develops, curates, and finances F&E projects for consortia of tech companies. As a digital & civil rights activist he is involved in the Freifunk movement which provides the public with access to open wireless mech networks especially, his work is focused on criticising the WIFI4EU project. Furthermore, he co-founded the Aachen-based civic engagement project “mündigmacher e.V.”. He studied physics, math, and philosophy of technology with a focus on the mathematical foundations of quantum information theory at ETH Zürich, TU Brunswick, CBPF Rio de Janeiro, and RWTH Aachen.
